This applesauce is one that you can whip up in just a few minutes. All you need are a few key ingredients, a blender and you are set!

I like to use this recipe in baking to help give moisture in place of oil.

  • 4 apples cored (peeling is optional)
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Refrigerate in a sealed container until ready to eat.
