The crust of this pizza is very delicious. Cook it a little more for a crispy crust and a little less for a softer crust.
Place cauliflower and garlic clove on a pan greased with coconut oil.
Drizzle with sunflower oil.
Add salt, oregano, basil and arrowroot starch and stir until mixed.
Add callower mixture to the bowl and mix.
Optional: Flip and bake for 10 minutes more. You may not need to do this depending on the pan you use, the oven and your desired crust crispiness.
Optional: Broil for 2-5 minutes to brown the cheese. However, if you use a stoneware pizza pan, as I do, it is not recommended that your broil as the high heat may ruin your pan.
