Ingredients
1large sweet potato,peeled and diced
2cupscarrots,peeled and diced
2cupsvegetable broth
1cupvegetable broth
1clovegarlic,minced
½tspsea salt
1tbspmaple syrup
¼tspcurry powder
½tspcoriander powder
¼tspground ginger
Instructions
Steam sweet potatoes and carrots until soft and place in blender or foods processor.
Add remaining ingredients to blender or food processor.
