How does this work?

Upon registration, you will receive a colourful downloadable PDF eBook that will include the 30-days of salads schedule and 30 salad recipes for you to make and enjoy. In the 30-day, your goal is to make a new salad each day. If you have leftovers, keep in the fridge for up to five days and eat later for one of your meals over the next day or two and make the next one. The more salads you make the more good healthy food you will have to eat. You may even want to share these with your loved ones.
