Simple Guacamole

This guacamole is easy to make and is so delicious you won't be able to stop eating it. Eat with a variety of cut up veggies, your favourite cracker or add a dollop to a fajita or taco.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Place avocado, lemon juice and sea salt in a medium bowl and mash. 

  2. Add tomatoes and stir gently. 

  3. Serve with veggies or crackers.
