Raw Walnut Fudge

Walnut Fudge

This recipe is not as sweet as your traditional fudge but it is just as tasty.

  • 1 cup raw unsoaked walnuts
  • ½ cup dates, pitted
  • 4 Tbsp. raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • ¼ cup water


  1. Blend walnuts and dates in a food processor until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, almond extract, and water.
  3. Grease a small mini muffin tin with coconut oil.

  4. Fill each muffin hole with the mixture and make it smooth and flat with a spatula.

  5. Refrigerate until cool and serve. 

Recipe Notes

You may choose to pour batter into a small flat pan and cut into squares.
