Ingredients

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
  • ½ tsp. maca powder
  • 1.5 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. 

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour into your favourite cup, add straw and enjoy. 

Recipe Notes

Add less liquid for a spoonable treat.
