Veggie Pate
This is a delicious dip to pair with cut up raw vegetables or crackers.

Ingredients
- 2 sheets nori
- 1 large garlic clove
- ¾ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 ½ inch green onion, cut from bottom
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 large carrot grated
- ½ cup parsley
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Bragg’s
- 1 ½ Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 Tbsp black sesame seeds, optional
- 4 Tbsp white sesame seeds, optional
Instructions

Place all ingredients, except sesame seeds into a food processor.

Process until desired consistency obtained.

Place in a serving dish and sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.

Serve with your favourite crackers or cut up veggies.
