Veggie Pate

This is a delicious dip to pair with cut up raw vegetables or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets nori
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 ½ inch green onion, cut from bottom
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Bragg’s
  • 1 ½ Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 Tbsp black sesame seeds, optional
  • 4 Tbsp white sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except sesame seeds into a food processor.

  2. Process until desired consistency obtained. 

  3. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.

  4. Serve with your favourite crackers or cut up veggies.
