Almond Milk
Fresh almond milk is easy to make and tastes much better than the store-bought version. You can drink this beverage as is or use it as a base to make chocolate almond milk or almond nog.

Ingredients
- 2 cups almonds, raw & organic
- 6 cups water, filtered or best quality spring
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions

Soak almonds overnight in filtered water.

Pour water and almonds in a strainer to drain the water and rinse.

Place all ingredients in high speed bender and blend until all almonds have been broken down.

Strain milk through a nut milk bag.

You can use the almond meal for a raw dessert.
