This delicious tea is made with turmeric, which is known to be healing and a powerful antioxidant for the body.
You can also use one to two drops of turmeric essential oil in place of ground turmeric for a higher nutritional benefit.
Turmeric Tea
This tea is not only a delightful warm beverage but is also full of the antioxidant properties of turmeric.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp fresh turmeric
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions

Place coconut milk in a small saucepan and heat on medium until warm.

Please milk and all other ingredients in a high speed blender.

Pour in a mug and serve.
