Turmeric Tea

This delicious tea is made with turmeric, which is known to be healing and a powerful antioxidant for the body. 

You can also use one to two drops of  turmeric essential oil in place of ground turmeric for a higher nutritional benefit. 

Turmeric Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp fresh turmeric
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place coconut milk in a small saucepan and heat on medium until warm.

  2. Please milk and all other ingredients in a high speed blender.
  3. Pour in a mug and serve.
