This vegan walnut fudge recipe is simple to make. It only uses a few ingredients and doesn’t require any baking.
Walnut Fudge
This recipe is not as sweet as your traditional fudge but it is just as tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw unsoaked walnuts
- ½ cup dates, pitted
- 4 Tbsp. raw cocoa powder
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ¼ cup water
Instructions

Blend walnuts and dates in a food processor until the mixture is smooth.

Add the cocoa powder, almond extract, and water.

Grease a small mini muffin tin with coconut oil.

Fill each muffin hole with the mixture and make it smooth and flat with a spatula.

Refrigerate until cool and serve.
Recipe Notes
You may choose to pour batter into a small flat pan and cut into squares.
