This coconut nog is a festive drink, very simple to make and is a nice, home made dairy-free option to traditional egg nog.
One special ingredient that I use in this recipe, that I highly recommend you use as well, is the French Vanilla Juice Plus Complete powder. This powder is not only delicious but is packed full of nutrients that boost up this drink making it much healthier than traditional egg nog.
Coconut Nog
This recipe is a nice vegan option to traditional egg nog.
Ingredients
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 scoop French Vanilla Juice Plus Complete
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish optional
Instructions

Place the coconut milk, cashews and Vanilla Juice Plus Complete in a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy.

Add the nutmeg, cinnamon and maple syrup and blend well.

Pour over ice and serve.
Recipe Notes
Add rum or brandy for a more festive drink.
